As with any investment, there are both potential benefits and risks involved. Please read the sections about them carefully. For a more complete description of benefits and risks see Corymb Capital's current disclosure documents.

Benefits

Potential to Earn Competitive Returns

The primary objective of the Corymb Capital investment programs is capital appreciation. While there can be no guarantee that this objective will be achieved, Corymb Capital attempts to capitalize on the profit potential in the world wide financial and non-financial futures markets including currency, interest rate, stock index, metals, energy and agricultural contracts.

Global Diversification

In today's global economy, the performance of equity and fixed income investments in one country is often highly correlated to the performance of equity and fixed income investments in other countries. Therefore, global portfolios composed solely of equity and fixed income investments, even though they may be geographically dispersed, could lack full diversification. Corymb Capital investment programs access a wide variety of global markets beyond equity and fixed income investments, providing broader diversification and the potential to reduce overall portfolio risk.

May Reduce Portfolio Risk While Enhancing Returns

A Corymb Capital investment program by itself involves risk, but when added to an equity and fixed income portfolio - given profitable Corymb Capital performance - it may improve the risk/reward profile of the overall portfolio.

Ability to Profit in Rising or Declining Markets

The performance of Corymb Capital investment programs has been historically uncorrelated to standard measures of performance for equity and fixed income investments largely because of the dynamic strategies Corymb Capital uses. Unlike equity and fixed income managers, who typically employ a passive buy-and-hold strategy, and often depend on rising markets for performance, Corymb Capital uses dynamic strategies designed to take long positions (in a rising market) or short positions (in a declining market), and can profit from either.

A Rational Approach to Markets

Quantitative models are used in a disciplined and systematic manner to determine Corymb Capital's trading decisions. This methodology is different from the fundamental research or discretionary considerations relied upon in many equity and fixed income investments.

Multi-Program Asset Allocation Methodology

Corymb Capital's Strategic Allocation Program is a discretionary approach to the selection of Corymb Capital investment programs and the allocation of assets among those programs. Corymb Capital's Investment Policy Committee makes discretionary decisions from time to time to select the Corymb Capital investment programs that will be included in the Strategic Allocation Program, periodically changes allocations among programs, and adjusts the program's position size. The Strategic Allocation Program is designed to enhance profit potential when favorable price movements occur while having the potential for less volatility than a single Corymb Capital investment program.

Risk.

Volatile Markets

Price movements in trading futures and forward contracts can be volatile and are influenced by, among other things: changing supply and demand relationships; government trade and fiscal policies; national and international political and economic events; and changes in interest rates.

Illiquid Markets

In some circumstances futures and forward markets can be illiquid, making it difficult to acquire or dispose of contracts. Although Corymb Capital intends to purchase and sell futures and forward contracts in liquid markets, no assurance can be given that Corymb Capital orders will be executed at or near the desired price.

Investment Risk

There is no assurance that Corymb Capital investment programs will achieve their investment objectives.

Tax Considerations

Potential investors should seek, and must rely on, the advice of their own tax and other advisors with respect to the possible impact of tax law and proposed legislative or administrative actions on their investment.

Position Size

In addition to the price volatility that characterizes the futures and forward markets, the low margin deposits often required in the markets permit a large position size to be taken in relation to account equity. A relatively small price movement may result in a profit or loss that is high in proportion to the amount of funds committed.

Trading on Exchanges Outside the U.S.

Trading on non-U.S. exchanges is not regulated by any U.S. government agency and may involve certain risks not applicable to trading on U.S. exchanges.

Reliance on Corymb Capital

No assurance can be given that the techniques and strategies of Corymb Capital will be profitable in the future or that the services of Corymb Capital will continue to be available to clients. The specific details of Corymb Capital's investment methodology are proprietary.

Strategic Allocation Program is Discretionary

The Strategic Allocation Program employs discretionary, judgmental asset allocation decisions among the Corymb Capital investment programs. The investment programs themselves are primarily technical and systematic in character. Reliance on trading judgment and discretion may, over time, produce less consistent trading results than implementing a systematic approach. Corymb Capital has more experience implementing systematic as opposed to discretionary methodologies. You may incur losses due to Corymb Capital's inexperience in implementing this discretionary strategy.
